On the North Side

Inspired by Bancroft Parkway and Wawaset Park, two of Wilmington's most beautiful residential neighborhoods, the site plan for 463-acre Bayberry North features long boulevard parkways that join smaller neighborhood streets. One tree-lined parkway arcs from one side of the community to the other. A second bisects that arc and terminates in a community park, where an 11-acre, man-made lake merges with a heavily wooded area surrounding neighborhood streets to the west. The combination of neighborhood greens and boulevard greenways defines the character of the community.
